Asbestos Inspection and Testing

InspectCO is a state certified asbestos inspection and consulting firm. Colorado and most other states have adopted the EPA’s regulations and require testing for asbestos in building materials prior to renovations or demolition of any commercial or residential structure regardless of the age of the building. Colorado has strict guidelines with regard to the inspection and sampling process. It is illegal in most states to collect samples or perform asbestos inspections without being certified by the state.
