Ben Teague, Owner

Ben Teague is not your average Inspector. Ben has an extensive history in the construction field that goes back to the 80's.

Ben's work history in the construction field begins in 1988, in his father's millwork shop. The experience goes back further as Ben observed his Dad as he built the Millwork business. As the company progressed thru the late 80's, Ben had the opportunity to build and install everything from cabinets to radius spiral stair cases.

In the early 90's Ben set out on his own to become an interior trim contractor, and there after the business expanded into a residential framing and trim company
In 1992 Ben expanded his company to include a residential re-roofing and remodeling company. In 1996 the growing economy presented the opportunity to build houses, so in February of 1996 Teague Construction and General Contracting Inc. was founded. Ben built his first three houses in Ferris Texas that year. The company grew quickly and by the year 2002, Ben had built or remodeled many homes and commercial buildings.

In 2004 Ben settled in Colorado, and was in the process of resuming a contracting company, when he met the owner of a local home inspection firm, and immediately became involved in the inspection business. From September 2004 to September 2005, Ben has preformed over 300 inspections and developed many great relationships in the local community.

On October 10th, 2005, Ben opened his own inspection firm, and will continue to serve the community as a building and structure inspector from now until retirement.
